  • Any use, reproduction, distribution, representation, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Kosto, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement, engaging the civil and/or criminal liability of its author.
  • Unauthorized use of Kosto’s name, image, visuals, videos, or any related content may result in, without prejudice to damages:
    • Immediate suspension of the infringing use;
    • A minimum contractual penalty of €10,000 for damage to brand reputation, without prejudice to additional compensation if the actual loss is higher;
    • Legal proceedings before the competent courts.

6. Online Orders and Conditions of Use

Where the Website allows online purchases or reservations:

  • Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included.
  • Payments are processed securely via authorized providers.
  • Any order placed implies acceptance of the present Terms & Conditions.
  • Unless otherwise excluded by law (e.g. food products, drinks, personalized orders), the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order.

7. Protection of Brand Image and Communication

  • Any use of the name, image, photographs, videos, or any visual material related to Kosto, its cafés, events, products, or staff without express written consent is strictly forbidden.
  • Unauthorized distribution on physical or digital media (websites, social networks, advertising, press, videos, etc.) will result in an immediate take-down request.
  • In case of non-compliance, Kosto reserves the right to claim financial compensation and to initiate legal proceedings.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French speaking courts of Brussels.

Terms & Conditions of Sale (CGV) – Kosto

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and reservations made via the Website [www.kosto.be]. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

  • Product descriptions, photographs, and prices are indicative and non-binding.
  • Availability is subject to stock and Kosto reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in euros, VAT included.
  • Payments must be made at the time of ordering via secure payment systems.
  • Kosto shall not be held responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.

4. Orders and Confirmation

  • Any online order is binding once payment has been confirmed.
  • The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Kosto reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment issues or disputes.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation

  • In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
  • Exceptions: no withdrawal or refund is possible for food, beverages, or perishable goods prepared to order.
  • For reservations (e.g. catering or events), cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking.

6. Delivery and Collection

  • If delivery services are offered, delivery times are indicative and may vary.
  • Kosto shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.
  • For in-store collection, the customer must respect the agreed time slots.

7. Liability

  • Kosto shall not be held liable for improper use of products purchased.
  • In case of force majeure (strikes, supply disruptions, accidents, natural disasters, etc.), Kosto shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All products, packaging, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of Kosto.
  • Any reproduction, imitation, or use without authorization may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French speaking courts of Brussels.
